I live in California and have been creating art in a wide variety of mediums for over 40 years.  My work in acrylics on both paper and canvas range from animals, still life objects such as my shoe and skateboard collection and an occasional landscape. I love to create paintings of animals with an animated expression using bright saturated color and a bit of whimsey. I want my images to make people smile.

Painting gives me a calm that comes from leaving all other thoughts aside, much like the feeling of snorkeling in the warm, blue waters of the Virgin Islands, and place I return to again and again.
